Helping the Tamil Nadu State Red Cross

   Thank you for your interest in supporting the work of the Red Cross. Every year, we are trying to help most needy people. One of the best ways you can make a difference to the lives of these people is to make a financial donation to our work .

   You may donate either to the State Branch or to district branches directly.

   To make a contribution to the District branch, please contact them directly. Addresses and web sites can be found in our directory section.

   You can make a donation directly to the State Branch Donations may be made to one of our major field operations, or to a general “ unearmarked” donation . These unearmarked donations are essential to enable us to help people in desperate need , but  for whom it can be difficult to raise funds as their plight is no longer in the news.

   The Red Cross is not a government agency , but depends on donations to carry out its work ..
