Report of State Level Conveners Conference.

State Level conveners conference was held on 17th & 18th July, 2009 at Thiruvallur Engineering College, Vandavasi organized by Cheyyar Educational District participated in Conference. Conference started with flag hoisting by Mrs. Balamani, Chairperson Thiruvallur Engineering College.Inagural function was attended by Mr.Ponniyakooti, District Educational Officer, Cheyyar, Mr. M. Balaraman, Chief Administrative Officer, and Mr. R.Gladwin Gabriel, State Coordinator,(JRC).

Two days Conference was decided into six sessions, comprising of Academy Administration, Finance, report from conveners, Co-Ordination between JRC and District Branches and new programmes. After discussion In each sessions, several resolutions were passed. Participants were taken to two temples at thenagur and Cheyyar for worship.

Valedictory function was help on 18th July at 3.30p.m Mr.Selvathirumal, convener, Cheyyar welcomed the gathering. Mrs.Shanata Diaz, Secretary, IRCS, TNB was the Chief Guest. Mr. Dharani, Business man gave felicitation. The Conference came to a close with one vote of thanks by Mr.Thirunavukarasu, joint Convener.
